Prerequisites:

  • Junior or sophomore standing
  • One year of biology
  • One year of chemistry
  • U.S. citizenship
A completed application for the BEE-SA 2004 REU includes this application form, a signed Statement of Responsibility and Assumption of Risk, an official transcript of undergraduate courses and grades, a resume and one letter of recommendation from a faculty member in the applicant's academic discipline. 

Below, we have prepared an online application form that may be emailed in, should the applicant prefer.  Applicants also have the option to email scanned copies of the third page of the Statement of Responsibility and Assumption of Risk, transcript and the letter of recommendation.
