The final 2008 REU agenda is still being developed. However, below is the agenda for the 2004 program, on which the 2008 REU agenda will be based.  Most of the time was dedicated to hypothesis driven research using the University of the Free State (Bloemfontein) laboratory facilities. Each week the students had at least two lectures on various topics by our mentors and guests. Other recreational trips were planned for students over less busy times.
